However, Alysa Tytar had a less favorable experience, rating it 1 star. She expressed disappointment that despite the website promoting Dr. Mutimer, he does not accept new patients. Furthermore, the other surgeons' consulting days coincided with her workdays, leading to difficulties in scheduling an appointment. Alysa felt that the service was poor and that they should have been more accommodating, especially considering the high cost of surgery.
