- To the plumber from this company driving the Ute home from Noosa, very unprofessional speeding in a company car inpatient with me doing the speed limit, trying to pass me on double lines trying to catch up to your plumber mate in front of me, you want hope you don't run into me because I'll teach you my manners. - Very Disappointing Requested a plumber to fix a split water feed pipe to a pressure washer - Pipe was 150mm to 200mm long in the open a very straight forward job - 2 x staff arrived and had to leave to obtain bits? how could a plumber not have the basics in the ute. - Parts cost $7.40 - Hire of Equipment? $80 For what we don't know simple press job - They were on site for all of 15 - 20min to complete the job and was charged 1.25 hours Will never use or recommend them ever as it would appear they are unprofessional in there approach and obviously lie about what time and services provided. - I had a mixer tap for the kitchen sink replaced just over a year ago. The tap worked loose some months ago and is now at the stage of being almost unusable. I contacted this plumber and asked that they come and fix it when they are in the area. I was happy to work in with them. Warranties on mixer taps range from 10 to 20 years, however Don from the business rang and accepted no responsibility for the job and wanted to charge for the repair or replacement. (Garry Hercules)
- All we wanted was a quote. The process was a joke and they had so many excuses and basically said it was our fault their guy was on holiday. The last straw was the rude lady who we spoke to yesterday. She should really reconsider her choice of occupation because she was aggressive and not at all customer friendly. If her attiitude and our overall experience is any indication of their standards then stay well away from these people. Needless to say we won't be using their services even if after several weeks and many phone calls they do manage to provide a quote. (Bevan Pierce)
