Our Rhythmic Gymnastics program combines the technical skills of ballet and dance with the strength of gymnastics, displaying floor routines and routines with apparatuses such as Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs, and Ribbon. Our Theatrical Dance program includes classes in ballet, jazz, musical theatre, and tap for children and adults, while our Little Gym program supports the physical and sensory development of babies and toddlers. Our Fitness for Adults & Athletes program is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and physical control for individuals training in other sports.
