Expanding horizons through art and culture, enriching our community

A vibrant hub for visual art and cultural engagement

Nestled amidst the picturesque Southern Downs of Queensland, the Warwick Art Gallery stands as a beacon of artistic expression and cultural engagement. Established in 1989 and formally opened in 1990, this contemporary art space has become a thriving hub for visual arts and a beloved landmark in the community.

A rich history enriching the community

Throughout its journey, Warwick Art Gallery has undergone strategic expansions to foster a dynamic and inclusive environment. In 2012, an extension project added vital workshop and storage facilities, while the subsequent expansion in 2017 transformed the adjacent Visitor Information Centre into the Orange Wall Gallery, offering an additional exhibition space and a dedicated shop.

Connecting with the community through art

Driven by a commitment to inclusivity and artistic growth, the Gallery proudly presents over 20 diverse exhibitions each year. From captivating contemporary art installations to thought-provoking local displays, the Warwick Art Gallery showcases a captivating blend of established and emerging artistic voices.

Supporting diverse initiatives

Beyond fostering artistic exploration, the Warwick Art Gallery actively engages with the community through various initiatives.
