While we are based in Brighton, our services extend to inner Melbourne suburbs within a 20-kilometre radius of the Melbourne CBD. We primarily focus on the Bayside area in Melbourne's south-east, including Brighton, Brighton East, Hampton, Sandringham, Black Rock, Highett, Bentleigh, and surrounding areas.
Pricing and Quotes
At First Avenue, we cater to clients with construction budgets starting from $400k for renovation and addition projects and $750k onwards for new custom homes. We provide individualised quotes for each project, and our extensive quoting process takes approximately 2-3 weeks. To begin the quoting process for a new build or renovation project, we require working drawings, engineering drawings, and specifications.
The Building Process
When clients or architects approach us with a project design, we conduct a comprehensive quoting process and present the potential project cost and inclusions to the client. Upon refinement and acceptance, we move forward with contract signing and construction. If a client has not yet begun the design process, we assist in selecting a design partner from our industry connections and act as a building consultant to ensure their dream design comes together within their scope and target budget. Once the design and selections are complete, we can proceed to formal quoting, contract signing, and the construction of another dream home.
As a truly custom home builder, we encourage our clients to have free reign in designing and selecting the materials and finishes they would like in their home.
