Our Story

Our award-winning coffee roaster, Kerry Johnston, stumbled upon his passion for roasting coffee 20 years ago. What started as a hobby soon turned into a full-time passion project. Kerry's dedication to his craft has earned him numerous awards and recognition in the industry. He loves sharing his knowledge with customers and welcoming them to his roastery in Port Macquarie Industrial Park.

Our Coffee

We're committed to ensuring and promoting sustainable practices throughout our business. This includes buying our supplies locally whenever possible, recycling waste, and buying materials made from renewable resources. Our coffee is roasted by hand in small batches to ensure the perfect blend of science, art, and passion. We offer a range of blends to suit every taste, from our award-winning European Blend to our smooth and aromatic Brazilian Blend.

Awards and Recognition

We're proud to have won numerous awards for our coffees over the years, including medals at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and the Melbourne RAS Fine Food Show. While awards are nice, our greatest reward is knowing our customers enjoy the best coffee in Australia.
