Disappointing Experience
Go Turf seems to have a mixed reputation, with some customers having a terrible experience while others have had a great time. One customer, Kuan, gave them a 1-star review after they had a terrible experience with a delivery and installation of their turf. The delivery guy turned up early and dumped the turf in the wrong location, blocking the only access to the yard. Despite calling Jo at Go Turf and asking for help, Kuan had to spend 4 days and nights preparing the yard themselves. The end result was an uneven, weed-filled lawn with dead patches.
Good Experiences
On the other hand, there were several customers who had a great experience with Go Turf. Ricky Medway, a landscaper, praised their quality and value, saying they were the best provider he had used. Bren and Gareth Beall also gave them 5-star reviews, describing the staff as helpful and efficient, and praising the quality of their turf. Ronnie McKenzie and Leishy Vari also gave 5-star reviews, praising the staff and the quality of their turf. Some Room for Improvement

He had to contact Go Turf's head office to resolve the issues, and they eventually resent the contractors to fix the problems. He praised the head office staff for trying to address the issues, but criticized the installer for doing a poor job.
