Our premium cat boarding service provides secure, climate-controlled accommodations in purpose-built facilities. Private Condos
We offer single and double private condos designed for feline comfort. Single condos feature two-level layouts with dedicated sleeping and litter areas for one cat. Double condos provide expanded space with multiple sleeping and litter zones for two to three cats from the same family. All accommodations include daily cleaning and access to common play areas.
Outdoor Play Areas
Our secure outdoor spaces feature ramps, cat platforms, and bird-watching opportunities. Cats receive supervised access to these sunny, enclosed areas for physical activity and mental stimulation. The outdoor environment complements indoor play structures with natural light and fresh air experiences while maintaining complete safety and separation between cat families.
24/7 Monitoring
While our facility has specific drop-off/pickup hours, we provide round-the-clock care for all guests. Our proximity to the owner's residence ensures constant supervision. In case of emergencies outside operating hours, we arrange immediate transport to 24-hour veterinary facilities while maintaining regular communication with pet owners about their cat's condition.
Emergency Veterinary Care
We maintain partnerships with local 24-hour veterinary hospitals for urgent care needs. Our staff's veterinary background enables prompt recognition of health issues. In emergencies, we coordinate immediate treatment at VSOS Miranda or preferred veterinarians while keeping owners fully informed throughout the process. Medical costs remain the client's responsibility.

With over 15 years' experience in Sydney's leading veterinary specialist centers, including SASH and The Animal Referral Hospital, Lana brings expert ICU and emergency care knowledge to cat boarding. She transitioned from veterinary nursing to establish Cat Kingdom in 2016, combining professional expertise with personal passion for feline welfare.
Questions
What are the vaccination requirements for boarding?
All cats must be de-sexed, flea-treated, and vaccinated with F3 (or higher) within 12 months. Proof of vaccination is required at check-in.
What should I bring for my cat's stay?
We provide bedding, food, and litter, but you may bring personal items. Special dietary needs require owner-supplied food and vaccination certificates.
What are your operating hours?
We accept arrivals/departures Monday-Friday 8-9am & 3-5pm, Saturday 8-10am. Closed Sundays and NSW public holidays.
How are medical emergencies handled?
We contact your preferred vet first. After-hours emergencies go to VSOS Miranda 24-hour hospital. Owners cover all medical costs.
Can unsociable cats stay at Cat Kingdom?
Yes, we accommodate anti-social cats with individual playtime while maintaining strict separation from other guests.
What boarding fees apply?
Single condo: $30/day, Double condo: $38/day, Two cats: $50/day, Three cats: $65/day. Minimum 2-day stay applies.
