Welcome to Flow Psychology, where the focus is on helping you discover and cultivate peace, joy and abundance in your life. I'm Jill Hely, a psychologist based in the stunning coastal town of Sawtell on Gumbaynggirr Country. I acknowledge and respect the Traditional Custodians of this land.
My journey to Flow Psychology was driven by a deep desire to overcome personal challenges and cultivate a richer, more fulfilling life. This personal exploration led me to combine evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Compassion Focused Therapy, Meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with evidence-based practices for nutrition, movement and sleep to create a holistic approach to wellbeing.
