Our experienced teacher, Steve, specializes in creating personalized exercise programs tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

Our Approach
Our approach is centered around the principles of the Pilates Method, which focuses on creating a strong core, improving posture and body awareness, and enhancing overall physical fitness. With over a decade of experience, Steve is passionate about sharing his knowledge of anatomy and the Pilates Method with his clients, and has undergone extensive training to become an accredited member of the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA).

Meet Steve
Steve, the founder and director of Studio 6 Pilates, discovered the Pilates Method as a way to alleviate back pain and improve his overall health and fitness. With over 7,500 hours of practice, Steve is a passionate advocate for the Pilates Method and its many benefits. He has undergone extensive training, including a Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy, and has become an APMA Level 4 Professional Practitioner. Steve welcomes clients of all levels and encourages them to get in touch to discuss their individual needs.
