Do I need to be home when you collect my rubbish?

No, you don't have to be home when we remove your rubbish. Once we've arranged access (we need dogs tied up and away from the area we access), our two-man team will provide a confirmed "on-site" quote before commencing the rubbish removal work.

Are you licensed to do this work?

We are not required to have a license issued by Government authorities such as the EPA, as we don't remove hazardous waste. However, we still comply with their strict code of practice.

What do you do with the rubbish?

The majority of the rubbish collected is taken to local licensed tips. Green waste is taken to tips to be mulched by council. Fridges are properly degassed and decommissioned for recycling. We endeavour to sort metal waste and take it to various recycling facilities in Sydney. In addition, we try as often as possible to take suitable fill to "land fill" sites in the NSW area.

We do not accept cheques, but do accept cash payment, money order, EFTPOS, EFT, and credit card payment (Visa and MasterCard).
