Our key people include Leo Liang, the creative director and co-founder, who is known for his innovative and strategic thinking. Leo focuses on nurturing creative concepts that stand the test of time. Our strategy leader, Dr. Paul Ryder, is a management consultant and research academic who specialises in the design of breakthrough strategy. Paul offers strategic counsel to a range of enterprises, with a deep interest in strategic dynamics. Zoe Zha, our digital leader and co-founder, works closely with the design team to establish Fox Design's creative vision. Zoe specialises in cross-platform projects, digital design, and marketing, with a focus on client-centred, user-friendly design.
