With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and brand marketing, Jeannette has worked across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, serving both B2B and B2C markets, private enterprises, governments, startups, SMEs, and multinational corporations. Her extensive marketing background includes roles as Brand Manager, Loyalty Manager, Marketing and Communications Manager, and CMO/Head of Marketing. Jeannette is passionate about working with SMEs and startups and has a deep understanding of the executive search, recruitment consulting, and talent acquisition community.

Leah Wigg, our Sales Enablement & Marketing Consultant, has over 10 years of experience in recruitment, both agency and internal recruitment across various sectors such as Technology, Financial Services, Energy and Resources, Consulting, Healthcare, and NFP, Media, and Manufacturing. Leah was recognized in the top 50 Social Recruiters on LinkedIn (top 1% in ANZ) and is a proactive and innovative marketing and HR professional. She holds a degree in Digital Marketing and has spent the last three years promoting a high-performing tech recruitment business.
