Our Services

We offer a wide range of services to help you achieve your physical goals. Our experienced physiotherapists provide treatment for sports injuries, work injuries, and post-operation rehabilitation. We also offer manipulative therapy, deep tissue massage and trigger point release, clinical Pilates, and dry needling. Additionally, we have a Type 2 Diabetes Exercise Program, synthetic and plaster casting, hydrotherapy, and headache treatment. We also provide equipment hire and treatment for veteran's affairs. Our therapists will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and goals.

Our principal physiotherapist, David Eldridge, has over 10 years of experience in rehabilitation following spinal and orthopaedic surgery, work and sports injuries.
