Above All Tree Services commenced its journey in 2004, armed with a vision to deliver exceptional tree care services across the community. Founded by Wayne Back, the company started with humble beginnings, tackling small tree removals and pruning projects with a small team. However, Wayne's unwavering commitment to professionalism, meticulous work, and comprehensive safety procedures quickly propelled Above All Tree Services to new heights.

Building a Skilled Team

From a modest staff of two, Above All Tree Services has blossomed into a reputable team of 7 full-time employees and an additional 11 casual and contract staff. Each member is handpicked and equipped with extensive training, certifications, and experience in all aspects of tree care. Led by experienced arborist Wayne Back, the team also includes skilled climbers, groundsmen, and support staff who work together to deliver seamless and efficient service.
