At Mindfull Aus, we are dedicated to empowering our youth today so they can enjoy a better tomorrow. Our purpose is to encourage those in high-risk areas of Australia to put wellness back into their own hands. We achieve this by equipping individuals with the skills, strategies, and techniques necessary to not only cope but to live and lead healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives.

Our Vision

Our vision is to create a world where mental health and wellbeing are prioritized, and individuals have the courage to take acceptance and ownership of their wellbeing. We believe that by working together, we can bring about a beautiful, everlasting social change that benefits our youth and our communities.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of compassionate, lived experience advocates and trained professionals with inspiring journeys that replicate wellness, hope, healing, and recovery. Our facilitators have a deep understanding of the importance of mental health and wellbeing, and they are dedicated to providing relatable services that promote hope, acceptance, and recovery.

Our Impact

We have developed a range of programs and services that cater to the unique needs of our clients, including guest speaking, primary school programs, parents' tailored workshops, and mental health training. Our resources, including our gratitude journal, 21-day mindfulness journal, and daily journal, are designed to enhance overall wellbeing and promote a culture of mindfulness.
