Our Team

Donald Ritchie, with years of experience in the property industry, has been a director of a business that managed over 300 body corporates, 1,400 investment properties, 100 real estate agents, and over 30 commercial properties including industrial, offices, and retail. Donald holds a Bachelor's degree as well as a Master's in Business Administration from Henley University (UK) and is a fully licensed real estate agent in Queensland.

Lesley Ritchie comes from a corporate background having been an internal auditor and administration controller for various American companies. Lesley manages all the budgeting and costing of developments, contracts administration, liaising with buyers, agents, brokers, and solicitors.
