Service Issues
The majority of the reviews have been negatively impacted by the service provided by uSmile. One reviewer, Lisa Azzopardi, was unhappy with the service, stating that the staff was "very rude". She had been trying to cancel an appointment due to her kids being sick, but the staff member was uncooperative and wouldn't make a new appointment. Ameer Ali also had a poor experience, feeling that the dentist had an unwelcoming attitude and didn't seem interested in doing the work.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, there have been some positive reviews. Ines Cervi has been going to uSmile for three years and has had a consistently good experience. She finds Dr Beth to be friendly, helpful, and well-priced. Ishy Prasad is also a big fan of uSmile, thanking the staff for their care and hospitality.
