With a Master of Design Science in Sustainable Design from the University of Sydney and over 20 years of experience in the residential design sector, our Principal Designer, James Cooper, leads the team in crafting buildings that minimise their impact on the natural environment.

Kate Cooper, with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, supports the practice as Office Manager, managing accounts, administrative processes, and providing unyielding support to the design team and clients. As a team, we have produced more than 250 commissions since 1997, earning a reputation for highly liveable buildings that embrace outdoor living and masterfully manipulate light, sun, and breeze. Our extensive experience means that we provide not only award-winning design solutions but also industry-leading advice and access to our established network of respected consultants and builders.
