Unsatisfactory Experience
Andrew's phone manner is heavily criticized in this review. Callum Branch had a poor experience when they rang Andrew to ask about his services. Andrew allegedly told them they were too busy and then yelled at them when they tried to ask more questions. As a result, Callum would not recommend Andrew's services to anyone.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, Angel Rachel had a positive experience with Andrew Marshall. They highly recommend him for accountancy needs and suggest connecting with him.
