Our Services

We offer a wide range of NDIS support services, including:

• Self-Care Activities: Our in-home assistance can help support your existing carers by taking care of household chores, grocery shopping, meal preparation, providing personal care, and much more.
• Community Participation: Our community participation activities can help you to get out and about, make new friends, and participate in your community. We can also provide one-on-one support if needed.
• Supported Independent Living (SIL): If you need assistance to live independently, our SIL services can help. We can provide support with household tasks, personal care, clinical support, budgeting, and more.
• Transport Assistance: We can provide transport assistance to NDIS participants who are unable to use public transport or do not have access to private vehicles. This includes door-to-door transport as well as accompaniment on public transport.
• Short Term Accommodation (STA): If you need somewhere to stay for a short period of time, we can provide NDIS-funded accommodation. This includes short-term accommodation (STA) as well as supported independent living (SIL) options.
• Case Management Services: We offer NDIS case management services to help you navigate the NDIS system, access funding, and find service providers. Our team can also provide support with NDIS planning and reviews.
