Infant Swimming Lessons
Parent-accompanied water familiarization programs for 4-month to 4-year-olds. Classes run 30 minutes weekly with 8-child maximums to ensure personalized attention.
Learn to Swim Classes
Ability-based swimming instruction for children 4+. Five levels (Starfish to Dugongs) teach freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly techniques. Sessions focus on body position, breathing control, and stroke refinement. Small groups (4-8 students) allow tailored instructor feedback during 30-minute lessons.
Pre-Squad Training
Advanced 1-hour sessions combining land fitness and endurance swimming for Froglets/Dugongs level students. Develops race starts, turns, and lane etiquette. Requires concurrent Learn to Swim class enrollment. Equipment (flippers, goggles) mandatory for technical drills and butterfly training.
Water Safety Programs
Government-funded initiatives teaching hazard recognition and survival skills. Includes wall-finding techniques, safe water entries, and unassisted floating. Integrated into all levels from infant classes through Pre-Squad, with certificate recognition for skill milestones.
Voucher Assistance
Guidance for accessing NT Government's $100 Learn to Swim and Sports vouchers. Coordinators process applications and validate eligibility.
