At Travelling Tadpole Swim School, we are dedicated to teaching children in the Top End of Australia how to be safe in and around water. Our multi-award-winning swim school is driven by a passion to prevent childhood drownings and provide a fun and engaging learning environment for children of all ages and abilities.
Our Story
Travelling Tadpole Swim School is a proud partner of Royal Life Saving Australia, working together to reduce the number of preventable deaths of children under five across the Territory. We operate within the Top End of Australia, working with schools and community groups to provide swimming lessons and water safety education to individuals from as young as four months old to adults.
Our Services
We offer a range of swimming lessons and programs, including Babies and Toddlers classes, Learn to Swim, and Pre-Squad levels. We also provide a Free Water Safety Program for children under five, and accept $100 Learn to Swim vouchers funded by the NT Government. Our swim levels cater to individuals of all abilities, and our staff are experienced and passionate about teaching water safety and swimming skills.

Our team is made up of experienced and passionate instructors who are dedicated to providing a fun and engaging learning environment for our students. Meet Jamie, our Nhulunbuy Swim School Coordinator, who has extensive experience teaching Learn to Swim and Water Safety lessons throughout the Northern Territory. Our administration team, led by Perri, are always happy to answer any questions you may have. And don't forget to meet our talented instructors, Kealey and Marcia, who are trained to teach both Learn to Swim and Water Safety lessons for children.
