Product Performance
ARDEX products have received a mix of reviews, with some customers experiencing positive results and others facing issues. For instance, Jared Rowlands has used ARDEX for a few years in New Zealand and has never had an issue with the product, leading him to rate it 5 stars. Similarly, David Kidman has had no problems with the products, stating they do exactly as expected, also rating it 5 stars.
Technical Support Issues
However, not all customers have had a positive experience with ARDEX. Erina Leech had an issue with the technical department when she was advised to use an adhesive for glass tiles for a pool, but the tiles did not stick. Despite spending $13,490.00 on ARDEX products, including $4000 on the adhesive that did not work, the company was unable to provide a satisfactory solution, leading her to rate the product 1 star and vow to never deal with the company again.
