Some customers have experienced issues with the trading hours and service at Ciao Bello. Carmen Ye reported that the trading hours were incorrect, and when she called during trading hours, no one picked up, and the store didn't take the order on Ubereats. Saz Voth was extremely disappointed with their experience, stating that they spent $40 on a mediocre salad and a doughy pizza with a lack of toppings, which was undercooked and under seasoned.
