Disappointing Experiences
Unfortunately, not all customers had a positive experience with Travel & Cruise. Ken & Anita McGrath left a 1-star review, stating that their experience was not great. They were referred to a consultant in another city, and despite making travel arrangements, they had to chase up their tickets with numerous phone calls and emails, which left them feeling uncertain and worried. They would not recommend this business.
