Our Managing Director, Andrew Milford, has eight years of experience specializing in residential design and drafting under the banner of AJM Design & Drafting. Andrew has worked with several major builders in the South East Queensland region, and he has established a strong working relationship with our clients. We believe that our professionalism, effective use of modern construction materials, and excellent relationship with our clients have contributed to our success in providing innovative and desirable outcomes.

Our Services

At ReziCAD, we offer a comprehensive range of design and drafting services to help you turn your vision into reality. We provide a cost-effective service using the most practical solutions and construction methods to bring your dream to life. Whether you are looking to build a new house or renovate an existing one, we can design a realistic vision of the final product that meets council, engineers, and your requirements.

Our design service is tailored to match your individual needs. You can choose from our extensive range of examples or meet with our designers and compile a design brief. From there, our team will put together your design, taking into consideration all the elements of your brief, along with statutory and site requirements.

Once the Preliminary Concept Plans have been signed off, we can complete the working drawings package. This package includes a Site plan, more detailed Floor plans, Elevations, Bracing and tiedown details, Timber schedules, and a Slab plan. These plans include standard details for construction methods and take into consideration what is required to obtain your building approval.

Once you are happy with the design sketch, the next stage is to complete the preliminary concept plans. These plans will consist of a Site plan, Floor plan, and Elevations and will allow for the accurate estimation of materials and costs to complete the construction.
