The majority of the reviews for Travel and Taste's India tour were extremely positive. Participants praised the excellent value for money, well-organized itinerary, friendly and knowledgeable guides, comfortable accommodations, and overall, a wonderful experience in India. The tour guides, especially Kuldeep, were mentioned multiple times for their excellent service, adaptability, and friendliness. Participants also appreciated the variety in the itinerary, which included Delhi, Jaipur, Pushkar, Ranthambore, Agra, and Varanasi, offering a diverse and exciting experience.
Transportation Issues and Suggestions for Improvement
A few participants noted some issues with the transportation provided, including an aged van with faulty chairs and a monitor that did not work. However, the drivers were always courteous, friendly, and safe. A suggestion for improvement was to upgrade the transportation options, perhaps by offering flights instead of trains, which some participants found to be worth the extra cost.
One Negative Feedback
One participant, Margaret Beaton, rated the tour as 1 star and described it as the worst-organized tour she had ever been on. She expressed disappointment with the tour company and suggested that flying internally would have been a better option than using the rail system.
