Our Story

Darrell Scanlon, our founder, started his cooking career in Hobart, Tasmania, in the early 1990s, working in some of Hobart's leading restaurants. Using the abundance of fresh produce on hand from the Apple Isle, his love of cooking matured, and he embarked on his career as a chef. Darrell has over 28 years of experience as a professional chef, with 20 of those years working in the film industry.
