Panelised Flooring System
Our Panelised Flat Pack Modular Floor System is an engineered, fully bolted (no welding required) structural floor frame suitable for relocatable buildings or buildings needing future relocation. This system includes pre-fabricated C section floor joist modules bolted to an assembly of UB bearers and RHS spreader bars, then bolted to an array of SHS posts concreted into the ground. The completed floor frame is sheeted with Scyon Secura floor sheets to provide a high-performance, durable, water-resistant floor surface, ready for various floor coverings and tiles.

Coral Steel Frames partners with Spantec to provide the Boxspan Flooring System, a very cost-effective, fully engineered flooring system, custom-designed and manufactured for your project. The Boxspan floor system is suitable for use in all floor framing applications, such as low-set and high-set, residential and commercial projects. With superior strength, ease of installation, and lasting durability, the Boxspan floor system guarantees peace of mind in any construction project.
Shady Business Practices
The reviewer, Frederick Claassen, had a disastrous experience with this business. He started with high hopes, buying frames and structural components for his dream house. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The business required a deposit of over 50% of the total cost, which Claassen paid.
Despite this, the business seemed to be plagued by endless delays, and Claassen was invoiced for additional money due to a forgotten quote for the structure's backbone. He was also promised lower prices for materials, but things didn't quite go as planned. Claassen paid $14,000 for flooring materials, only to find out that no such materials were even delivered. To make matters worse, the business owner stopped answering Claassen's calls and messages.
