In the early years, Lawrence mixed the glue on-site and applied a clear seal to all edges of the films. However, with the advancement of technology in the 1980s, highly efficient adhesives, scratch-resistant coatings, and metal sputtering processes were introduced, allowing for more durable and efficient films. In 2008, ceramic films were released, which let in more light while maintaining the same heat rejection. Today, most solar films are energy-rated, enabling window tinting films to be used to upgrade the energy ratings for homes and offices.
At Diamond Valley Tinting, we provide a full 10-year warranty on all interior installations, excluding scratching. Our years of experience in the industry have allowed us to provide this warranty, and we pride ourselves on our high-quality workmanship.
