Anna Rys rated LL Security with 5 stars, praising Matthew's reliability and responsibility with installations and maintenance. She highly recommends his services, especially for elderly folk who need assistance with reliable and affordable installations. Similarly, Computer Guy also gave a 5-star rating, appreciating Matt's professional and prompt service for maintenance on their alarm system.
Jennifer Willson, however, had a less favorable experience. She rated LL Security with 1 star, expressing dissatisfaction with the installation of their intercom system and Matthew Lloyd's refusal to refund their money after NCAT ordered him to do so. They had to pay for a qualified technician to give an unbiased report and remove Matthew Lloyd's passwords from their security system.
David Thorley also gave a 1-star rating, describing LL Security as not worth the $145 charged just to show up. He was unhappy with the camera installation and felt that Matthew Lloyd did not care about the quality of his work.
