Founded in 2004 as Chapman Office Services, we have since rebranded in 2017 as COS Business Solutions. Our journey began as a Bundaberg bookkeeping service, but as our passion for helping people grew, so did our services. We expanded into consulting and training, enabling us to support clients not only in resolving complex situations but also in avoiding them altogether.
As a Reckon Accredited Partner, we have developed our expertise in a range of programs, including Reckon Accounts, QuickBooks Online, MYOB, and Xero. Our team, led by our Reckon Accredited Consultant/Trainer, Kim Chapman, has extensive experience in various industries and businesses. Kim's dedication to Reckon and the Accredited Partner Network earned her the prestigious award of Accredited Partner of the Year in 2015.
Meet Our Team
Kim Chapman, our Reckon Accredited Consultant/Trainer, is a highly respected figure in the bookkeeping industry. With her expertise in Reckon Accounts, Retail Point of Sale, and Payroll Premier, she has guided numerous clients in mastering their bookkeeping programs. Kim is also a Network Leader for the Australian Bookkeepers Network, ensuring they stay up-to-date with government changes and better serve their clients.
Rebecca Chapman, our Administration and Bookkeeper, joined COS Business Solutions in 2017. With her Certificate III in Business Administration and Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, she takes care of the administrative side of the business and provides bookkeeping services. Rebecca is currently working towards her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
Our Story
Kim's journey in bookkeeping began before the introduction of GST, using Quicken, Spreadsheets, and manual payroll. As she searched for a more efficient and easier way, she chose MYOB, which she still uses today. With her extensive experience in bookkeeping, Kim decided to attain Reckon Accreditation, which led her to become a Reckon Accredited Consultant. Her desire to support others who faced similar challenges inspired her to share her expertise with others.
