The Boxing Room is a premier boxing and fitness gym located in the heart of Brighton, South Australia. Established over a decade ago, we have been dedicated to bringing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) philosophy to our classes and helping our members achieve their fitness goals. Meet the Trainers

*Kayley - Owner*

Kayley is a former competitive powerlifter and current amateur boxer who thrives on discipline and self-improvement. As a trainer, she brings energy, enthusiasm, and a wealth of knowledge to every class. Kayley specializes in boxing, strength and conditioning, HIIT, pilates, and personal training.

*JP - Manager*

JP is a master of kettlebell training and an all-around strength and conditioning expert. He approaches every class with patience, resolve, and a commitment to helping his clients achieve their goals. JP specializes in boxing, strength and conditioning, HIIT, kettlebell, and personal training.

*Bruce*

Bruce is a boxing coach with a passion for music and high-energy classes. His sessions are vigorous and not to be missed. Bruce specializes in boxing, strength and conditioning, HIIT, and personal training.

*Nat*

Nat is a tough-love trainer who pushes her clients to their limits. Her sessions are challenging, but always rewarding. Nat specializes in boxing, strength and conditioning, and personal training.

*Lisa - Pilates*

Lisa is a pilates instructor with an uncanny ability to hold a conversation while executing perfect form every time. Her classes are challenging and always leave participants feeling stronger and more flexible. Lisa specializes in pilates.
