Experienced Neurological Physiotherapist: Jacey Kraut
Jacey, the passionate and dedicated founder of Transitions Physiotherapy Perth, has been a practising physiotherapist for 25 years. A registered member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association's Neurological Physiotherapy group, Jacey has extensive expertise working with older adults and individuals with neurological conditions. She is committed to assisting clients in achieving their full potential and enjoys collaborating with them to accomplish their goals.
Throughout her career, Jacey has acquired extensive experience working in stroke management, neurological rehabilitation, falls management, and older adult rehabilitation in various clinical settings within the United Kingdom and Australia. Since 2010, Jacey has been delivering home-based physiotherapy services offering specialised hospital substitution and rehabilitation services to clients in their homes. In 2012, she completed a Master of Neurological Rehabilitation at the University of Western Australia. Jacey has been operating as a sole trader delivering home-based physiotherapy in the northern suburbs of Perth since 2017.
