Our Expertise
Our lead instructor, Peter Mengede, is a seasoned guitarist with over 30 years of playing and performing experience. As a founding member of New York bands Helmet and Handsome, Peter has earned multiple Recording Industry Association of America Gold Record awards and has shared the stage with numerous notable artists, including Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, and Ministry. With a Bachelor of Creative Industries (Hons), Dip Ed, Cert IV Training and Assessment, and a Working with Children Blue Card, Peter is well-equipped to provide expert guidance and support.
