Our Values

Our RIPPA values - respect, integrity, persistence, passion, and accountability - guide our actions and ensure that we act ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.
Our History
The CFC Group was founded by brothers Frank and Carl Cardaci, who arrived in Western Australia in 1956 from a small town in Sicily. Starting out in Kalgoorlie, the brothers worked hard to build a new life, eventually moving to Mount Lawley and starting a deli and green grocery shop. The next phase of life had Frank running the business, doing all the maths in his head and learning people skills, while Carl became a finance professional. An opportunity to purchase their first truck in 1968 marked the beginning of the CFC Group's journey, which has included plenty of growth, challenges, and successes along the way.
Our People
Our team is committed to our values and is personally invested in the success of our businesses. From our executive team to our business leaders and employees, we're passionate about making a difference in the communities we operate in.
Governance
At CFC Group, we're committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings. Our Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy, and Modern Slavery Statement underpin our commitment to compliance, ethical behaviour, and good corporate governance.
