Issues with Service
- Alan Barford mentioned that the new seal installed was cheap and relied on adhesive to stay in place, and it did not stop the draught and fell off after 24 hours.
- Heath McKinley had a negative experience where the installer removed the old sealing and installed a new one, which resulted in the front door not closing properly and often popping open on its own.
