Our long-standing history in the plumbing industry began in 1927 when Frederick Cleary started F.E. Cleary in Five Dock NSW with just two staff members. In 1942, the company moved to Terrigal and became one of NSW's largest plumbing and drainage firms, with a 72-year family association with the Gosford area.

J.M. Cleary Pty Ltd was established in 1974 by John Cleary and has since grown into a strong and customer-focused company, with the current owner and director Adrian Cleary continuing the legacy today. We are proud of our stability over the years, which has given us the opportunity to focus on all projects, from the smallest maintenance job to the largest construction project. • Georges Manor, Georges Hall NSW: A complete new design and construct project consisting of a 150-bed nursing home.
• Port Wakefield Abattoir, South Australia: The project involved the construction of a new pork processing wing to adjoin the existing meat packing plant.
• Knox Grammar, Wahroonga NSW: The construction of a new 110-bed boarding house located on the Wahroonga Campus.
• Grafton Base Hospital, Grafton, NSW: This project was completed in two stages and involved the construction of a new emergency department, medical imaging department, and medical records department.
