Our Services
At Soul Dance Studios, we provide our students with the opportunity to learn a wide range of dance styles, from jazz and lyrical to ballet, hip hop, and more. Our experienced and professional instructors are dedicated to teaching students of all ages and skill levels, from toddlers to advanced dancers. We offer both recreational and performance streams, catering to students who want to learn to dance for fun and those who aspire to take their dance training to the next level.
Our recreational stream offers classes in a variety of styles, including jazz, hip hop, ballet, lyrical/contemporary, acrobatics, and tap. These classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience, and are separated by age group. Recreational classes perform just once per year at our end-of-year concert.
For advanced dancers and those who show great promise, we offer our performance stream, which provides multiple performance opportunities throughout the year, including eisteddfods, competitions, and local events. Our Classical Extension Program is a selective program offering young dancers the opportunity to further their classical ballet training.
Student Achievements
We are proud of our students' many achievements, including auditions and acceptance into prestigious institutions such as the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet, the New Zealand School of Dance, and the Queensland University of Technology Dance Scholarship. Our students have also performed in productions such as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and The Nutcracker, and have been awarded classical scholarships and jazz and tap championships.
