Poor Service Experience and Defective Product
Total Vision Pool Fencing received a 1-star review from Greg Lewis, who had a poor experience with their service and product. Lewis had installed balcony balustrades on his new house build through Total Vision, but a few years later, he noticed that one of the bottom rails had failed due to a bolt head shearing. Although the company's representative, Paul, was prompt and professional in replacing the bolt and correcting the panel, the follow-up service was poor. Lewis reached out to Total Vision again when the same issue occurred, and instead of sending someone to fix the problem, he received an email advising him on how to fix it himself. Moreover, Lewis was charged a call-out fee, which he felt was unfair.
Excellent Service and Quality
On the other hand, several reviewers had a positive experience with Total Vision Pool Fencing. Joe Charanduk, Rod Routh, Mark Kennerley, and Toshihiro Maruyama all gave the company 5-star reviews.
