Our History
Our story begins with the 1860's homestead, originally built by Seville's first settler, Thomas Payne. Today, our cellar door is incorporated into this historic property, allowing our visitors to wander through the original house and outbuildings. This unique setting provides the perfect backdrop for our boutique winery, where we specialize in producing small batch, varietal fruit-driven wines that showcase the complexity and uniqueness of our vineyard.

We're dedicated to crafting wines that are expressive of our upper Yarra cool climate. From our Pinot Gris to our 'Brody's Block' Pinot/Syrah, every wine in our range is carefully crafted to showcase the best of our vineyard.
