Our Story
Our journey began in 2016 when we decided to leave our full-time jobs as retail store managers in Melbourne to pursue our passion for events and photography. After building a revamped and digitized old-time photo booth for a friend's wedding, we launched Kapture Booth, which quickly gained popularity. In 2018, we expanded our business by launching Backdrop King, an online photo booth supplies company that now supplies products to businesses worldwide.
The outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 forced us to adapt and innovate. We created The Kombi Booth, a custom-built 1975 VW Kombi converted into a mobile photo booth studio. This unique and luxurious experience has become a staple at weddings, engagement parties, and corporate events across Gippsland and Melbourne.
