Our Story

Thermal Exchange was founded by Bob Pizzey, and we have been in operation for over 19 years. Bob's journey in the industry began with a refrigeration apprenticeship in a factory that manufactured specialized commercial, industrial refrigeration, and HVAC equipment in Brisbane, Queensland. Since then, he has been working full-time in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, accumulating in-depth knowledge and expertise that he brings to every project. Our office manager and director, Annette, provides exceptional organizational and communication skills, making her the first point of contact for our clients.
