Disgruntled Customer Experiences
Frustration with Camping Restrictions
Some reviewers have expressed frustration with the way the organisation handles camping restrictions. Chris Malikoff, who gave the organisation 1 star, feels that they could be more understanding and accommodating towards permanent travellers who are on the road indefinitely. He believes that these individuals should be allowed to camp for free, without being threatened by councils that provide alternative camping areas.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Kylie Harker had a very different experience. She gave the organisation 5 stars and praised their passion for supporting their members and delivering advice to help them grow and improve their customer service.
