Unprofessional and Rude Service
It's clear that these reviewers were left with a terrible experience after dealing with this company. The author James Hallreports that the company left rubbish on the footpath after cutting down trees, and despite not receiving a response to his phone calls, the rubbish was not cleaned up until the next day. Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism came at the worst possible time, just before a severe storm caused flooding in other areas of the northern Gold Coast.
Fiona Silcock's review is equally disturbing, highlighting the company's complete disregard for respect and safety. Not only did the workmen refuse to move their vehicles from yellow lines, blocking the view on the road, but they also proceeded to drive a large vehicle onto a private no-through road with a sharp bend, damaging trees in the process. When confronted about this, the driver's attitude was that he would do what he wants, regardless of the impact on others.
Both reviewers were left feeling frustrated and disheartened by the company's lack of professionalism and respect for others' property and safety.
