I established my psychology practice in 1995, driven by a deep interest in understanding and empowering individuals to overcome personal challenges and achieve greater well-being. Over the years, my approach to therapy has evolved, incorporating various evidenced-based methods alongside the power of hypnosis.

Prior to establishing my private practice, I worked in diverse roles such as Youth Worker, University Tutor, Marriage & Family Therapist, and Group Counsellor. These experiences honed my skills in building rapport with clients, tailoring my interventions to their unique needs and circumstances.
