- Structural Piers & Re-stumping: We offer a range of engineer-certified piers, including concrete pile piers, steel screw piers, and solid concrete piers.
- Jackings & Supports (Heavy): We use hydraulic jacks to raise foundations in single-level, second-level, and tri-level buildings, as well as in hi-rise carparks that have subsided.
- Pressure Grouting: Our team uses pressure grout machines to handle large amounts of cementous grouts in confined spaces.
- Tie Backs, Soil Anchors: We install tiebacks, soil anchors, and rock anchors to retain building foundations and construction projects.
- Cut Off Walls/ Root Barriers: We construct and repair retaining walls, as well as install cut-off walls to prevent moisture from damaging foundations and concrete floors.
- Retaining Walls: Our team designs and certifies retaining walls using soil nails or rock anchors to support existing walls.
- Concrete Slabs & Forming: We construct new concrete slabs to any specifications, including design concrete coatings or exposed finishes.
Subsidence Information
If your property is showing signs of cracking internally or externally, or you feel it's a bit on the lean, give us a call today and we'll arrange an inspection. Majority of subsidence and stabilization issues can only be repaired by traditional underpinning, the most effective method and permanent solution is constructing reinforced concrete piers under the foundation bearing into the natural soil and the foundation raised using controlled hydraulic jacks.
