Our Services
At Cow & Koala, we offer a range of services designed to cater to the unique needs of children from 6 weeks to school age. Our long daycare program is designed to provide a nurturing and structured environment that fosters creativity, friendship, and growth.
Our Rooms
Our rooms are designed to provide a seamless transition from one age group to the next, with a focus on nurturing and caring for your child. We have four groups, each with a maximum of four to ten children per group, ensuring a personal and individualized approach to childcare.
- Joeys: Our infant room is designed for children from 0-2 years old, with a focus on nurturing and caring for your new arrival.
- Geckos: Our toddler room is designed for children from 2-3 years old, with a focus on developing social skills and introducing language and literacy skills.
- Rainbow Fish: Our preschool room is designed for children from 3-4 years old, with a focus on preparing your child for school and introducing early literacy and numeracy skills.
- Turtles: Our preschool room is designed for children from 4+ years old, with a focus on developing social skills, literacy, and numeracy skills.
Meal Options
We understand that food plays a crucial role in nurturing your child's development. That's why we offer a range of healthy and nutritious meals, prepared daily on site. Our children also participate in food preparation and enjoy a safe and fun dining experience.

Disappointing Experiences
Several reviewers have expressed their disappointment with the childcare centre, citing professionalism and quality of care as major concerns. Matt Walsh and Mamma Bear Reviewer both gave the centre a 1-star review, with Matt stating that the manager is "terrible" and Mamma Bear saying that she wouldn't leave her children there, nor would she leave her 4-year-old child there either. She also mentioned that there isn't a lot for her children to do.
Contrasting View
However, Anna McRae had a vastly different experience. She gave the centre a 5-star review, praising the staff for being lovely and getting to know the children personally. She also mentioned that the centre has a homey feel, which she loves. She went on to say that she can't recommend the centre enough.
