Our team of 20 professionals, based in Orange, NSW, are dedicated to delivering exceptional results with pride and precision.

Our History

Scott Camery Welding and Fabrication was first established in 1983 as a small backyard family business. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to cater to a wide variety of works within the steel industry. Today, we employ around 28 full-time staff of different trades, including boilermakers, welders, fitter machinists, tool makers, builders, painters, apprentices, and administration staff.

Our Capabilities

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including CNC machining, welding, repair, and maintenance. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes CNC plasma cutters, band saws, CNC lathes, and mills, as well as a diverse stock holding and reliable capacity. We also have a sandblasting booth, painting booth, powder coating booth, and concreting capabilities.

CNC Machining

Our exceptional machining shop includes 2 x CNC Lathes, 4 x CNC Mills (1 off with 4th axis), 2 x Manual lathes, and 1x Manual Mills. All our machines are programmed with Gibbscam, enabling us to carry out a large volume of work simultaneously. We specialize in machining hydraulic components, connection plates, wear plates, custom-made bolts, washers, flanges, pins, shafts, and Q&T (quenched and tempered) plate.

Welding and Fabrication

Our team of skilled welders and fabricators are proficient in a range of welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and ARC. We can fabricate custom parts and structures to meet specific requirements, and our plasma cutting capabilities enable us to cut complex shapes with precision and accuracy.

Repair and Maintenance

We offer comprehensive repair and maintenance services for machinery, equipment, and structures. Our team of experts can diagnose and repair faults, replace worn or damaged components, and provide routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
